SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience initiating telephone inquiries to contact patients when responses are not received to assist in resolving any issues.
- Experience assisting with the timely return of referral results for patients seen/treated at the medical center by faxing the results to the civilian network providers.
- Experience acting as the receptionist/front desk clerk for the office.
- Experience assisting patients and staff in completing forms and verify patients' eligibility for benefits by referring to documents.

This is a non-critical sensitive IT-II position requiring the incumbent to obtain a favorable ANACI (Access National Agency Check with Inquiries) investigation for continued assignment to a non-critical sensitive position.
