Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Resolve non-routine problems, questions, or complaints and direct the most complex problems, questions, or complaints to the appropriate person; ORAL COMMUNICATION - Communicate, explain, or defend ideas or information clearly. Listen to others and recognize potential miscommunications; PROBLEM SOLVING - Use logic to identify alternatives to solve technical problems. Identify and solve problems by gathering and applying information from a variety of materials or sources that provide several alternatives. A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. A 40 hour work week is typical for this position.
Selectee is required to participate in the Department of Defense direct deposit of pay program.
The work is sedentary. Some work may require walking and standing in conjunction with travel and attendance at meetings and conferences away from the work site. Employee may be required to lift up to 45 pounds of equipment and place in cart for transport to different areas within the command.

This program requires selectees into information assurance positions to either possess or obtain an industry standard information assurance certification for Level II within 1 year of entering the position. If certification is not completed, removal action may be taken.
