JOB SUMMARY:

Support Warfighters and their families with well- being services, infrastructure, environmental and fiscal stewardship, and other installation services to enhance war fighter’s ability to accomplish their mission and provide a quality living and working environment.

This position is located at the Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation/Financial Management Branch.

 

Maintains an assigned area if journals and ledgers. Examines, verifies, and analyzes a variety of documents to determine their mathematical correctness, validity and clerical accuracy. Resolves disagreements by contacting vendor.

Completes posting documents with back-up attached, codes documents and posts to appropriate ledger and journal. Posts and totals general ledger accounts each month. Maintains files of all correspondence and messages pertaining to financial records and accounting. Types checks, reports, documents and memoranda as required.

Work experience performing duties similar to those described above. Basic knowledge of Excel, Power point, and Microsoft Office. Ability to type 30 wpm.

 


 

Conditions of employment:
