This position is located under the Resources Management Group. The selectee will work under the supervision of the Senior Vice
President, Resource Management Group. The selectee will provide a wide range of
security guidance such as personnel and information security, physical and
operations security. The responsibilities of the position are bank-wide and the selectee will be the primary point of contact for security issues.
Duties include, but
are not limited to:
- Keeping abreast of new regulations
affecting security procedures and provides appropriate feedback to supervisors
and significant changes;
- Ensuring the appropriate
investigative methods and procedures are applied, proper records are kept, and
reports are prepared and submitted;
the security clearance adjudication program for the agency, including
applicants, political appointees, senior officials, foreign service officers,
general schedule employees, contractors, expert consultants, and others;
- Providing instructions and reviewing security forms of applicant
- Performing other duties as assigned.

GS-11: You must have
one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the
particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the
duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work
of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience
must have been equivalent to at least the GS-9 level in the Federal
Government. Specialized experience may include: executing personnel
security policies and procedures within an organization; conducting inquiry
investigations for a loss prevention dept; and preparing reports, statistics
and data on personnel security programs.
You may also qualify if
you possess a Ph.D. or successfully completed at least three full years
of progressively higher graduate education in an accredited college or
university leading to a Ph.D., or equivalent doctoral

combination of specialized experience, as described above, and related
graduate level education beyond the first two years of graduate level
study. This will be calculated using you resume and unofficial
transcripts or a list of course/course hours submitted with you
