Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with providing complicated and routine Antepartum, Postpartum and Routine Newborn patient care.
Experience administering IV push medication according to established protocol.
Experience assisting with prescribed medication and treatments consistent with current policy and standards of care.
Ability to communicate effectively to individuals and/or groups.
- Ph.d or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
A fully qualified and current licensed Registered Professional Nurse is required. Must possess a current Basic Cardic Life Support Certification.

HOW YOU WILL BE EVALUATED:

4. Skill and knowledge to plan and carry out nursing care plans in conjunction with the specific needs of the Antepartum, Postpartum & Newborn patients and their family and/or the medical officers instructions.
