What General Information Do I Need To Know About This Position?
This is an excepted appointment not-to-exceed 13-months, for which all qualified applicants, with or without Federal status, may apply and be considered. This appointment may be extended for additional periods of time without further competition.
Significant periods of overnight travel (up to 5 days at a time) will be required during out-of-state hearings/trials.
