The Bureau for Global Health, Office of Health, Infectious Diseases and Nutrition, Infectious Diseases, Malaria Division (GH HIDN MAL) is seeking a Supervisory Public Health Advisor (Division Chief) to lead a dynamic team of public health professionals who are at the forefront of an international public health program to address Malaria, including coordinating with other US Government (USG) Agencies and international partners and managing the staff and programs implementing malaria activities in the developing world and resource-poor environments within the purview of the Division. The Division focuses on: malaria prevention and effective malaria diagnosis and treatment; malaria commodities procurement and supply chain logistics systems strengthening; operational research and innovation in malaria approaches, tools, and technologies; monitoring and evaluation; technical leadership and support for advancing global malaria control guidance and policy; and provision of technical and program support to PMI/USAID mission malaria country and regional programs.
