This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability to do the work of a Motor Vehicle Operator without more than normal supervision such as: operating vehicles on local roads and private work sites, such as handling the controls for starting, stopping, backing, shifting and driving the vehicle; judging overhead and side clearances, turning radius, and braking distance from the preceding vehicle; loading and unloading; boarding and discharging passengers; loading and unloading cargo; applying safety rules and regulations.

Overtime/Shift/Weekend/Holiday work may be required. Position is designated ALPHA personnel and required to report for duty or held in a duty status to provide support before, during and/or after special emergency situtations. Will rotate shifts as required. On call back, emergency overtime and short-notice shift changes are requirements.
