This position is located in the Bureau for Management, Office of Management Services, Information and Records Division (M/MS/IRD). The incumbent will serve as a Program Liaison/Specialist in the areas of Office and Supply Management, Human Resources Management, FOIA/PA and Special Program/Projects. This individual will coordinate administrative tasks in support of established requirements for supplies, property management office moves, facility improvements and space assignments; work with the Administrative Management Services (AMS) Officer to coordinate such activities; serve as the division’s primary (macro) purchase card holder; support central administrative staff on extensive organizational needs, e.g., scheduling and monitoring projects; receive and timely register Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and/or Privacy Act (PA) requests and appeals involving precedented requests; collect program information from Government Information Specialists and Records Management Client Analysts, enter it into a variety of electronic information systems, search for related information, and retrieve all relevant data to produce reports or presentations.
