Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next
lower grade level by the date the announcement closes. Specialized experience is
experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge,

experience comparable to the CU-12 level where the applicant has direct
experience in examination, supervision and operation of financial institutions;
