This Continuous Open Announcement (COA) allows acceptance of applications throughout the announcement period. Position Information: This is a Schedule D Full Time Excepted Service one-year appointment with potential for non-competitive conversion (upon successful program completion) to a term, career or career conditional position as a Management Program Analyst.
Secretarys Honors Fellows follow a regimented training and development plan to ensure they have the skills required for their advanced position.
Developmental activities include: on the job training, developmental assignments and activities, participation in the Secretarys Speaker Series, and mentoring. This is an opportunity for top academic achievers to gain real-world work experience and subject matter expertise in a mission-critical occupation within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
This is a Recent Graduate position in the Pathways Program.
