of specialized experience that has equipped them

Qualifying specialized experience must
demonstrate the following:
- Experience promoting compatibility and complementarity of geographic information technologies and related tools between different organizations and / or US Government agencies.
- Experience developing new methodologies for geospatial data management and information sharing on aspects of human and political geography.
- Experience preparing grant proposals and budget plans for projects linking web-based analytic tools with Geographic Information Systems technology to promote humanitarian information sharing.
- Experience leading a team of professionals in developing new technologies for humanitarian information sharing, including determining short-, mid-, and long-term goals, necessary tasks, division of labor, and deadlines.
