The Executive Director, Human Resources Management and Services is located in the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of the Under Secretary for Management, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and is responsible for Human Resources (HR) Headquarters (HQ) operations and services. He/she provides executive direction, oversight and resources management to ensure that the HRMS delivers products and services effectively and efficiently to HQ offices in order for them to meet their mission.

- A one-year SES probationary period may be required
