Specialized experience for this position includes but not limited to: troubleshooting software and systems; developing security tools; system maintenance and experience providing expert advice on technology programs.

Specialized experience for this position includes but not limited to: troubleshooting software and systems; developing security tools; system maintenance, experience providing expert advice on technology programs, prioritize work of team members; serving as COR in support of software and hardware systems.
A written test is not required.

Customer Service: Works with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, satisfy expectations; knows products and services; is committed to providing quality projects and services.
