GS 13: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level.
- Experience in conducting and/or managing electronic surveillance operations.
- Knowledge of IT systems/applications, system analysis and equipment operations in providing support to users.
- Experience in applying technical program/project management principles, methods and practices.
GS 14: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 13 grade level.
- Experience in conducting and/or managing electronic surveillance operations.
- Skill in evaluating technical electronic surveillance solutions for existing and emerging services and technologies.
- Knowledge of IT systems/applications, systems analysis and equipment operations in providing support to users by developing applications and programs.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license for state of residence, as well as obtain a government license for the operation of government vehicles, if selected for this position.
Some travel may be required.
This position may occasionally require shift work evening, night, and weekend).

Policy has been implemented wherein support employees entering a position through a competitive OR non-competitive action may be precluded from moving to another position within the Bureau by means of reassignment or change to a lower grade for a minimum of 12 months. This policy does not apply to probationary employees.
