You will serve as an expert on Radio Frequency (RF) based radar warning receiver (RWR) systems reprogramming with responsibility for developing requirements documentation based upon intelligence research and knowledge of system capabilities. You will assess the performance of existing systems against future mission requirements. You will review information from the intelligence community to make sound decisions on when analyzing perceived threats.

Basic Education Requirement for the Computer Engineer 0854 Series (Must upload Transcripts with your application package):Experience required: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) based threats and system operational capability of Aircraft Survivability Systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12) or equivalent.
