SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (GS-12) or equivalent. Specialized experience is experience to in planning, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the most difficult and complex life cycle logistics support issues associated with assigned programs and weapons systems; identifying material, services, shipping requirements, and projected cost for systems life cycles; develop policy and procedures for life cycle support of assigned systems and assess impact of proposed revisions and recommended policy and procedure changes as necessary; identify, investigate and resolve complex or unusual logistics problems; develop and implement corrective actions, program enhancements, and policy changes; and ability to prepare status briefings, analyze program funding, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
