About the Position:
Serves as a Program Support Specialist, within the Directorate of Executive Travel (DET), Administrative Operations Division (AOD). Performs various administrative and financial functions relating to directorate transportation and travel products and services. Analyzes services to determine appropriate action to initiate, coordinate and produce various administrative studies and special reports. Works with the Director and Division Chiefs to develop, analyze, evaluate, and review projects for mission sustainment. Conducts studies and evaluates various administrative processes and procedures. Recommends ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations for a variety of administrative support functions. Reviews and interprets various directives and regulations to determine applicability and impact within DET to remain knowledgeable of current guidance. Extracts, summarizes, and disseminates pertinent information to/for the Directorate as necessary.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
