TELE-ICU PROGRAM MANAGER
Be a leader in the pioneering field of critical care telemedicine! In this new role, you will apply your critical care skills and advanced knowledge to managing the operations of Tele-ICU patient care programs across a network of ICU's in several States.
Major responsibilities:
* Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Tele-ICU's mission
* Collection, interpretation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the Tele-ICU
* Participate on and direct as needed local, regional, and national committees, functions, conferences related to the Tele- ICU
* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency as well as coordination and communication between technical and clinical functions.
* Maintain 24/7 Tele-ICU operations
* Ensure that continuity of operations plans are current and effective
* Play a significant role in long-term planning, including expansion and development of new sites
* Develop clinical, technical and business relationships with patient care sites
* Consults nationally on Tele-ICU business and clinical issues
* Develop, implement, and assess local, regional and National clinical Tele-ICU programs
* Negotiate and manage the Tele-ICU budget in coordination with the Tele-ICU Medical Director

Education/Experience Requirements:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
* Master's Degree required
* Minimum 4 years ICU clinical practice in Intensive Care services or programs
* Minimum of 3 years of management experience in critical care setting
* Knowledge of in-situ mannequin based simulation preferred
* Experience in Informatics and data management preferred
* Previous experience in Program Management preferred
