This position is located in the Security and Intelligent Documents Office, Washington, DC. The incumbent leads projects on measurement method and metrics, development of standards and specification, and implementation of process improvement.
The selectee will work shift 1 and have a tour of duty of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
The incumbent of this position will be assigned to work collaboratively with the Quality Inventory Manager and Intelligent Documents to ensure that manufactured passports and secure credentials comply with established quality standards outlines in the agreements between the GPO and the Department of State and Department of Homeland Security.
