· Participate in meetings and provide briefings on analytical findings and recommendations.
· Provide dedicated, centralized, long term program and budget expertise essential for supporting critical programs.
· Approve the funding for acquisition of services, supplies, equipment, contracts, and travel.
· Review and evaluate completed staff actions for overall quality of the document, consistency, logic, and soundness of recommendations.
