Incumbent provides support and performs administrative duties to assist senior staff members assigned to the Regional Office. To the extent possible:
Performs administrative, clerical, secretarial, and other duties incident to management's responsibilities.
Receives telephone callers, visitors to the office, answers inquiries, and furnishes information of a non-technical nature from own knowledge of the program and organization.
Reviews and routes incoming correspondence to the appropriate parties.
Maintains the supervisor's calendar, schedules appointments and conferences, and arranges for participation of staff as necessary.
Makes arrangements for travel, including transportation and hotel reservations, notifying necessary individuals of the supervisor's itinerary, and submitting travel vouchers after supervisor's return.
Logs reports onto local and remote computer systems.
Creates/maintains/updates automated records and tracking systems (such as: Problem Bank Records, Enforcement Actions, Prompt Corrective Actions, Applications, and Examinations).
Produces tracking reports.
Prepares and processes various examination, application, and enforcement related documents.
Responds to requests for forms and instructions from the public.
Copies, files, and mails reports of examination and other bank related correspondence.
Maintains Case and other miscellaneous files.
Assists with other activities of the review function or Regional Office as the needs dictate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
