A Family Practice or Internal Medicine trained primary care provider is sought for a Roving Provider position. This position will travel from the metro area to our Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) to cover gaps in provider coverage. Clinics are located in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
Our clinics are open Monday through Friday and closed on all federal holidays. There are no weekend duties and no call. Take time with your patients. Visits for established patients are 30 minutes and for new patients 60 minutes. Our facilities include an updated fully-equipped medical clinic with a lab, x- ray and telemedicine capabilities. Our physicians serve the primary care health needs of the local and rural areas using a team approach with nursing and other onsite staff. Other services provided at many of the clinics include Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Mental Health services, to provide comprehensive care to the Veterans served.
Be a part of this dynamic CBOC team! Our clinics are rapidly growing, and located in great areas that offer a small community-based private practice set in friendly communities.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical. Position requires walking, standing, reading typewritten material without strain, ability to hear conversational voice, emotional and mental stability, and working closely with others.

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine OR Family Practice

experience, including volunteer experience.
