Become a member of the VA San Francisco Heath Care System (VASFHCS) care team in providing state-of-the-art mental health services to our veterans! The VASFHCS is seeking a full-time board certified or eligible Psychiatrist to join the staff of Mental Health Services at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Ukiah, CA. Mental Health services work seamlessly with Primary Care Clinic through a blended integrated care service. The Clinical responsibilities of this position emphasize evaluation and management of a variety of mental health diagnoses, including PTSD, depression, anxiety and SUD, through ongoing medication management and/or referral to supportive specialty services within the mental health team.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am 4:30 pm. There are no after hours call schedule. Alternate work schedules are open to consideration.

Physical Requirements: Moderate lifting (15-44 pounds); straight pulling (4 hours); pushing (4 hours); reaching above shoulder; use of fingers; both hands required; walking (2 hours); standing (7 hours); kneeling (1 hour); repeating bending (4 hours); both legs required; near vision correctable at 13" to 16" to Jaeger 1 to 4; far vision correctable in one eye to 20/50 and to 20/100 in the other; ability to distinguish basic colors; hearing (aid permitted); mental and emotional stability.
