The Deputy Clerk, Administrative Services Officer (ASO), under the direct supervision of the Clerk of the Court, is responsible for the full range of supervision of the Tax Court's Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Inventory & Records, and Procurement Divisions (Administrative Services).

The incumbent will work as part of the Court's leadership team to develop strategies and policies and also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. If you are a collaborative leader who is also comfortable pitching in to make sure the job is done, this position may be a great fit.
Major Duties
A law degree is required, and a college degree in accounting with a Certified Government Financial Manager certificate, Certified Public Accountant certificate, or a Master's of Business Administration degree with concentration in finance is preferred. The duties performed by the ASO require the exercise of a substantial degree of initiative and independent judgment.
More than 5 years of directly related, cumulative and progressively responsible experience including substantial experience influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
