This is a Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) position within DCMA INFO TECH Executive Directorate Field Services Center located in Wiesbaden, Germany 1 vacancy and Atsugi, Japan 1 vacancy.

- Serves as Technical Specialist providing technical project management and customer assistance in the planning and delivery of managed IT services.
- Designated as the technical expert for the area of responsibility (AOR) or local IT infrastructure, duties may include technical project management, systems/virtual/network administration, end-user hardware, peripherals, approved wireless communication devices, video teleconferencing or multi-media systems and components, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software, corporate application and database systems, and technical/customer training products.

QualificationsIn order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized Experience: To qualify applicants must possess one year specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11). Specialized Experience is defines as: Experience troubleshooting, installing, administering, and/or developing a SharePoint web application; experience utilizing an electronic document records management system to manage agency documents; experience interpreting and providing guidance on information technology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies; experience providing information technology (IT) training, guidance and support to customers.
