COLA - Hawaii: Federal employees in Hawaii are currently entitled to receive a non-taxable, 12.25% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) and/or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) credentials/certification within 12 months of employment.
