This is a full supervisory position providing support for business applications systems utilized by various Library staff. Specifically, direct responsibilities include areas of information technology support to the Office of the Librarian, Office of the Chief Financial Office, and Office of Support Operations. Management responsibilities include support for systems such as the financial management system, correspondence management system, numerous tracking systems, reporting systems, and others. This position has IT support responsibilities with emphasis on expertise in application development, software integration, and/or commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), government-off-the-shelf (GOTS), open source, development tools or other productivity approaches. Duties include oversight and management for systems analysis, business analysis, project management, application development, systems implementation & integration and system operations and maintenance support.
This position is located in the Office of Assistant Director for Research and Development Infrastructure Group, Information Technology Services, Office of Strategic Initiatives.

The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.
The incumbent of this position will work a flextime work schedule.
This is a supervisory, non-bargaining unit position.
