The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of Workforce Management and Development is seeking an Administrative Officer to support senior management and a team of Human Capital Management Specialists. The Administrative Officer will have lead responsibility for major aspects of one or more of the following program areas: staffing and recruitment; performance management and staff recognition; training and development; and workplace flexibilities. The Administrative Officer will also have significant responsibility for managing information systems used to document, track, and retrieve employee data for standardized and ad hoc reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of human resources principles and practices, and demonstrated experience applying administrative techniques and analyzing data to generate reports.
