The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is located in the Office of Human Resources Management Service at the TN Valley Healthcare System, in Murfreesboro,TN. Murfreesboro, TN is just a little over 30 miles southeast of Nashville, TN. As the Human Resources Officer (HRO), you will administer the facility's Human Resources Management Program and oversee the planning, direction, control, coordination, operation and evaluation of the personnel management function. In addition, you will serve as the main advisor and consultant to top management regarding the Human Resources Management Program and persuade the acceptance and exercise of sound personnel management concepts, practices and innovations.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p
