• Applies and adapts existing analytical methods and techniques to specific assignments and issues, and utilizes various approaches to identify and make recommendations to resolve complex problems and issues involved in providing research and strategic planning activities for the Agency.

• Interprets findings and develops reports and recommendations to present to senior Agency officials.
• Performs data collection, creates and maintains databases for managing and tracking projects, identifies appropriate elements and data points, enters and retrieves data, and analyzes data and trends to create and present reports.
